Operating Model AZ-Digital® 1.4 handles a central repository of information which is administered in a decentralized way by every user of the system in depending with the permissions defined in his profile.
A user can be an employee, a client, a provider or any internal or external person to the company that in some or another way makes part of the processes of the organization and that needs to have assigned a user's name and password to enter to the system in a secure way. AZ-Digital® allows recreating the organic structure of your organization, handling the concepts of File Management, Central File and Historical File, allowing the hierarchical organization of the information. Likewise, it allows applying the Documentary Retention Tables and your implementation across the documentary inventories. The system can create structures (flow chart), collections (filing cabinets), folders (records) and documents (folios) in an unlimited hierarchical level. AZ-Digital also manages Entry Salvers by user, where the documents are deposited that come from the entry window or another user of the system. Once there the users can realize the steps associated with these (approve them, push them back, mention on them, sign them digitally, etc.) then to transfer them to the following user in the chain of approval of the process.
